On August 19th Bathing Ape had a in-store event at their New York Store to celebrate the release of the “TrapLord” Tee. A t-shirt collaboration between A$AP Ferg and Bathing Ape. The T-shirt’s title is based on A$AP Ferg upcoming debut studio album “TrapLord.” (scheduled to be released august 20th 2013) The controversial t-shirt designed by Jay Which is based on an iconic stained-glass art scene that is common in churches through out the world of Mary holding baby Jesus. The A$AP Ferg Bathing Ape collaboration “TrapLord†tee art work features A$AP Ferg holding Bathing Ape iconic Baby Milo and the Bathing Ape tag line “Ape Shall Never Kill Ape†is printed at the back. The TrapLord T-shirt was released in a limited quantity of 100, and are available exclusively at the BAPE STORE New York. A$AP Ferg was on-hand to sign a limited amount of the t-shirts for fans in attendance.
