Here a behind the scenes look at a photo shoot photographer Jonathan Mannion did for Japanese streetwear brand Lafayette.   The photo shoot feature their collaboration with hip hop pioneer DJ Clark Kent. Lafayette plans to release the Lafayette X DJ Clark Kent Capsule early 2011. The Capsule will feature a New Era 59FIFTY fitted cap and a stadium jacket which pay tribute to Lafayette’s 7th Anniversary.

The New Era 59Fifty is a 2009 take on the rebel   revolutionary signature beret with the Cuban flag embroidered on the side panel and a Red star in the back. The Hundreds dropped their spring/summer 59/50 New Era fitted collection today. So, hit up the LA or SF spots and cop one, two or even three.  This release contains various colorways and creative use of fleece and the traditional wool, all emblazoned with the famous Hundreds embroidery throughout.

The Fellas over at Dub Frequency teamed up with the Estate family to drop a hot fitted. Titled, “Creme de la Creme LA”  with design aesthetics drawn from a certain cultural  lifestyle, which neither Dub Frequency nore Estate condone, advocate, encourage,  or condemn, it’s just fashion.  The Dub Frequency crew did big thangs in “08″ and 09 will no doubt bring us more dope events and innovative collaborations.
