Bobbito Garcia will speak at Carnegie Mellon University on April 6th, 2009. Bobbito will discuss the undeniable impact sneakers have had in the cultural landscape emanating from Hip-Hop and sports as it eventually became the pop icon it is now. Bobbito Garcia’s “Where’d You Get Those?†serves as Sneakerology 101’s official textbook. The hour long lecture is open to the public and starts at 4:00 pm, April 6th at the McConomy Auditorium.
