Rap superstar Jay-Z is branching into the automotive world, as the Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam CEO/President has forged an alliance with automobile manufacturing giant, General Motors. In 2007 Jigga and GM will bring a stylish hue to the rugged sport utility vehicle market. As a sneak peek the music mogul emerged from a concept GMC Yukon Denali SUV on stage Saturday, Dec 6th. during a celebrity-filled party thrown by General Motors Corp. on the eve of media previews for the North American International Auto Show. Painted “Jay-Z Blue,” the SUV was developed through a partnership with the rapper during the past two years. Fans of Jay Should recognize the name of the new color from his remix collaboration with Young Jeezy titled “Go Crazy” where he spit the line “‘attract money my worst color is light green/my favorite hue is Jay-Z blue…'” Jay-Z, worked with the company’s global color studio to create the reflective blue color for the SUV.
